The long list of features include; separate hypergate torpedo bay only accessible by the command crew, huge interior space for equipment needs, comfortable crew and passenger berths, orbit-to-ground soft landing capability, and the hull easily breaks down into a wide variety of structures capable of servicing the needs of up to 5,000 colonists for the first year or longer.
